✦ Mobile services available for Barrie & surrounding areas and remain subject to scheduling approval, route planning, travel logistics, and location suitability.

✦ Travel fees are provided by a custom personalized quote only and may vary based on appointment location, travel considerations, parking, accessibility, service type, and related logistics.

✦ Mobile appointments include approximately 30 minutes setup time and 30 minutes teardown time in addition to service timing.

✦ Clients may be asked to confirm environmental conditions before appointment approval, including but not limited to temperature, thermostat readings, humidity, airflow, and room conditions. Environmental conditions directly impact lash performance, adhesive curing, and retention. Clients declining recommended environmental adjustments acknowledge that optimal retention and bonding cannot be guaranteed.

✦ Clients must provide a clean space with adequate workspace, accessible parking, nearby power outlet(s), restroom/sink access, and reasonable space for equipment transport and setup.

✦ Clients must disclose applicable access considerations before booking, including, but not limited to, condominiums, apartment buildings, elevators, staircases, long carry distances, paid parking, limited access buildings, or unloading restrictions.
