How To Use

• Shake pen well before each use.
• Rinse your lashes thoroughly with water.
• Remove the cap.
• Twist the bottom of the pen a few times until cleanser begins to dispense through the brush. Continue twisting until the brush is wet and adequately saturated.
• Gently cleanse your lashes and lash line using the built-in brush applicator.
• Rinse your lashes, eyes, and surrounding eye area thoroughly with fresh water to completely remove the cleanser.
• If the cleanser begins to break down or run off before you have thoroughly cleansed your lashes, a second cleanse may be needed.
• Rinse the brush applicator thoroughly with water after each use.
• Replace the cap.

Care & Storage

Keep the pen capped and store it upright in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and excessive heat. Do not freeze or expose the product to extreme temperatures.

Rinse the built-in brush applicator thoroughly after each use and avoid placing it on unclean surfaces. Do not share the pen with others.

The pen is pre-filled and not refillable. Do not dilute, refill, open, or transfer the cleanser into another container. Keep out of reach of children.

Discontinue use if the product becomes contaminated, the applicator is damaged, or the product appears unusual or compromised.

All purchases are non-refundable, non-returnable, and non-exchangeable, including unopened and unused products. Change-of-mind purchases are not eligible for a return, refund, or exchange.

Defective Product Policy

Each product is inspected before being provided to the customer. If you believe your product is defective, you must contact Bambola Lashes within 5 days of receiving your product.

The defective product must be returned to Bambola Lashes for inspection and verification. You may return the product locally in person or ship it back. The defective product must be returned and cannot be kept by the customer in order to receive a replacement or refund.

Once the product has been received and the issue has been verified, we will provide a replacement of the same item. If the product, bottle, packaging, or presentation has changed, a current equivalent version may be provided instead.

If the item is out of stock and a replacement cannot be provided, a refund may be issued.

Products that have been improperly stored, diluted, refilled, transferred, contaminated, altered, damaged after purchase, or used contrary to the provided instructions are not considered defective. Claims submitted after the 5-day reporting period are not eligible.
