All clients must read!
Appointment Time -
All clients are asked to arrive 5-10 minutes early to unwind, relax, and prepare for their service. Guests are not permitted at appointments under any circumstances. Please come to your appointment alone.
We also ask that clients do not arrive more than 30 minutes early unless this has been discussed and approved with your lash technician beforehand.
Appointments include a 30-minute break between clients to allow the technician to follow enhanced cleaning and sanitation protocols.

Late Arrivals:

Please notify us as soon as possible if you anticipate being late for your appointment.

If a client is late by 15 minutes and we are unable to accommodate the appointment due to a fully booked schedule or the inability to push back other appointments, the appointment will be automatically cancelled. In this case, the client will be charged the remaining balance of their appointment total, which equals the other 50% outstanding amount beyond the booking fee already paid.

If a client communicates that they will be late and we are able to accommodate the appointment, any client arriving more than 30 minutes late from their original scheduled appointment time will be subject to an additional late fee to account for the extended time required to adjust the schedule.

Booking Fees:

A booking fee is required no later than 48 hours before the scheduled appointment.

Booking fees are non-refundable and non-transferable.

This fee secures the time of your appointment. If the appointment is missed or cancelled, any outstanding fees must be paid before booking a future appointment.

After booking your appointment, please look for the booking fee email with further instructions. If you are booking within 48 hours of your appointment, your booking fee will be required immediately to secure your spot. Failure to pay the booking fee promptly may result in the cancellation of your appointment.
We strongly advise clients to use the restroom before arriving to ensure comfort throughout their service.
Consultations & Consent Forms -
Consent forms must be completed online prior to your appointment. Completing these forms in advance allows us to prepare for any required accommodations or clarifications and contributes to reducing our environmental impact. You will receive instructions for completing the forms in your confirmation email after booking.
Before consent forms are sent, a 50% non-refundable and non-transferable booking fee is required. Payment can be made via e-transfer or credit card, and the specific due date and time will be outlined in your "TIME SENSITIVE" email.
Important Guidelines:

Consent and intake forms must be completed at least one hour prior to your appointment. Failure to meet this deadline will result in the appointment being canceled in accordance with our cancellation policy.

In-person consent forms are not offered unless specifically approved and arranged with your technician in advance.
Please note that all deposits, fees, and booking fees are non-refundable and non-transferable. We do not offer refunds or exchanges under any circumstances.

In-person consent/intake forms will not be offered unless confirmed & discussed in advance with your technician. All deposits, fees, and booking fees at Bambola Lashes are non-refundable and non-transferrable - WE DO NOT OFFER REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES, NO EXCEPTIONS!
Cancellations & No-Shows -
For any cancellation or rescheduling of appointments, Bambola Lashes requires at least 24 hours notice without a penalty. All appointments being rescheduled/cancelled within 48 hours of their appointment, will result in a 50% charge of the appointment booked. All appointments being rescheduled/cancelled within six hours of the appointment, and/or no-show appointments will be charged 100% of the service(s) booked.
All booking fees are non-refundable and non-transferable.
All clients are responsible for reading all of the updated emails and policies when booking an appointment.
Guests -
To maintain a peaceful, focused, and safe environment, we kindly request that clients attend their appointments alone. This policy applies to individuals of all ages, including children and infants. Our storefront does not have a waiting area or space to accommodate extra guests.
Both the technician and client need to be fully focused during the appointment. Having a child or guest present can create distractions, making it difficult for the technician to provide the best service, especially when sharp tools are being used. The technician must remain focused throughout the service, and it's important that the client is comfortable and uninterrupted during your appointment.
Arriving at your Appointment -
Mask use will be optional for clients, it is NOT required. Your technician will be wearing masks, and other PPE for the duration of the whole service. We are doing our absolute best, and implementing all of these policies to help with the comfort of knowing you will be in a clean & safe environment, that has very high standards.
We have the right to refuse service at any time. Refusal of service is not applicable to any refunds or any IOUs when service is incomplete, with no exceptions.
All clients will be required to wear socks during their lash appointment!
We are encouraging all clients to only bring in the essentials (method of payment & phone)! Please come prepared.
It is asked to avoid bringing food into your appointment, please finish any food/meals before coming inside.
Kindly wash hands when coming in for an appoitnment.
Any client showing/presenting signs of sickness/fever, or we suspect you are falling ill / are sick with even something mild, unfortunately, will need to reschedule, and will have the appointment automatically cancelled - no refunds. This is for the health and safety of your technician and other clients.
All Policies/Procedures are subject to change without notice.
If you are feeling ill/sick, you are required to cancel your appointment (even mild sniffles, fever, aches, etc). Anything that feels out of the norm should be a red flag to consider.
After booking an appointment/service, your confirmation email will have all details about all forms needed to be completed.
The owner & technicians of Bambola Lashes have a right to terminate/fire a client at any given time with no reasoning given. No exceptions. We have the right to refuse service at any time.
Cleansing Lashes -
We are trying to limit the amount of cleansing of lashes, brows, makeup, face, etc. in the studio. We are asking all clients to clean their lashes thoroughly at home before coming to your appointment. Lash Baths from your technician will be available in the studio, at request, with a charge of $5.00. Our Lash Cleansers & Aftercare Kits will still be available for purchase. If you are a new client and unsure of how to properly cleanse your lashes, please continue to the "Contact" tab!
If any issues/problems arise, please contact your technician within 48 hours of your appointment, and we will get you back in for a free Fix.
Anything reported later than 48 hours (TWO DAYS) unfortunately will not be honoured for a free or discounted fix/Fill.
Exposure to illness -
Please ensure to follow all of the information in your confirmation email, as there are certain forms to fill out.
If you feel ill, or have fallen ill, we ask all clients to reschedule as we will be in very close contact and try to avoid any illnesses.
Lash Artists & PPE -
PPE is always worn during the whole duration of the service, and proper sanitation & cleaning is kept up with at all times. There will be additional sanitation and extra cleaning around the Lash Studio between clients appointments.
Confirmation Email -
When booking an appointment, please ensure to read through the constantly changing new & updated confirmation email. The confirmation email and this page are very important when booking your appointment.
